Man arrived in this world nude, and actual beauty is nudity. These are the thoughts believed by naturalist. Artificial dresses hide human natural beauty , so nudity must be accepted widely by the society. But as a whole world is not ready to accept public nudity. it is taboo in almost all culture , but recently a school of liberals is favouring and promoting nudity and some beaches allow nudity with full freedom, where you can remove all of your clothes.Have you ever felt the need to let go of your inhibitions and enjoy a great day at the beach like you’ve never done before? Then look no further! These nudist beaches are just what you need this summer.
It’s not just about getting naked, nudist beaches embrace a lifestyle that have absolutely nothing to do with your body shape or your sexuality. On the contrary, they stand for the freedom to show yourself for who you really are.
Naturalists are not allowed every where to live with full freedom, but below is a list of Beaches that allow visitors full liberty of removing clothes.
1.Linguizzetta Beach, Corsica, France
Linguizzetta Beach is located just north of the Marina of Bravone, one of the most scenic sites of the French island of Corsica. This 7km-long strip of glorious white sand is one of the longest beaches in Europe, which means that not only will you be able to enjoy it without clothes on, but you’ll also have plenty of space to do so.
Make sure you check out nearby Lake Stagnolou, with its wild and uncontaminated Mediterranean charm. And, of course, don’t miss out on the local gastronomic delicacies, like Brocciu, a strong goat cheese made from ewe’s milk and a wide variety of jams and marmalades, true staples of the island.
2.Tahiti Beach, St Tropez, France
Since the time when the likes of Brigitte Bardot and Ursula Andress were regulars in St Tropez during the 50s, the French Riviera has become a renowned international attraction.
Although Tahiti Beach is not officially a nudist beach, skinny-dipping is widely accepted and naturists are more than welcome.
The stylish Côte d’Azur is a very popular holiday destination for celebrities from all over the world, so don’t be surprised to see one or two very well known faces (and bodies!) sunbathing alongside you.
After a long day at the beach, make sure to head to the historical city centre. The little port of St Tropez should definitely be on your list of places to visit, with its tiny fishing boats floating alongside some of the biggest and most luxurious yachts in the world.
3.Zlatni Rat, Brac, Croatia
This unique naturist beach is one of the most famous in Croatia, a country well known for its beautiful rocky coastline.
Travelling around Zlatni Rat in the island of Brac wouldn’t be complete without exploring the green surrounding hills, as well as enjoying relaxing sun baths in designated areas for nudists, or even trying out naked spas, offered by several hotels in the area.
The Brac region is also perfect for those looking for a bit of intimacy, as you can easily take refuge in one of the many small coves that surround the beach.
Don’t just spend your entire holiday at the beach though! Rent a jeep and go olive-oil tasting in Skrip, one of the oldest and most historical settlements in the entire country and make sure you enjoy the most of the rich Croatian cuisine.
To end the day in style, head to Vidova Gora and enjoy the stunning view overlooking the sea while sipping a glass of Dalmatian Posip white wine.
4.Es Cavallet, Ibiza, Spain
Es Cavallet is one of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza and the official nudist beach of the island.
The beach is incredibly picturesque thanks to its stunning sandy beaches and wild Balearic waves.
Es Cavallet is part of the Ses Salines natural reserve and is located in the southern part of the island, from where it is possible to admire the island of Formentera from a distance, as well as the party town of Ibiza.
This place is also rooted int Spanish history, as the regime of General Francisco Franco tried, unsuccessfully, to suppress the phenomenon of nudism and homosexuality for decades.
Ibiza’s prestigious and breathtaking location helps you reconnect with nature with its heavenly dunes and astonishing blue sea, which was awarded with the Blue Flag, one of the world’s most recognised voluntary eco-labels given to beaches, marinas, and sustainable tourism operators. Our advice? Explore Ibiza by boat. You won’t regret it!
5.Studland Beach, Dorset, England
The Brits hold a reputation for being often withdrawn in their public displays, so it may come as a surprise to you to learn that Studland Beach, located in the north-eastern part of Dorset, is one of the most famous naturist beaches in Europe.
The nudist area is located on Knoll Beach, which comprises a 900m stretch of coastline and is surrounded by high sand dunes, making it ideal for those seeking some privacy and tranquility.
Studland Beach is considered among the best in the UK, a great recognition, although, if we may add, the competition in the country is not exactly fierce!
Should the fickle British weather ruin your plans, we suggest to head to the lovely coastal town of Swanage, just six miles down the road, for a pint at the Black Swan Inn or a hearty fish and chips meal at the Sea Breeze Restaurant.
6.Elia Beach, Mykonos, Greece
This beautiful beach on the Greek island of Mykonos is often overshadowed by the nearby and extremely popular Paradise Beach, best known for its wild nightlife and its legendary parties.
However, if you’re seeking peace, tranquillity and the freedom to sunbathe au naturel, then look no further than Elia Beach.
The main features of this superb beach are the almost infinite extension of golden sand and the vast choice of water sports available onsite, like water skiing, windsurfing and jet skiing, all open to adventurous naturists of all ages.
Elia Beach is 20 minutes away by car or scooter (the best way to get around the island) from the town of Mykonos, so make sure to check out the world-famous Windmills overlooking Little Venice, which date back to the 16th century and offer breathtaking postcard views of the sea.
7.Red Beach, Santorini, Greece
The second Greek nudist beach on this list is the famous Red Beach of Santorini, located only a few steps away from the ancient site of Akrotiri and known throughout the entire world for its unique shade of bright red sand.
Often considered one of the best beaches for nudists in Europe, and even in the world, it is an absolute must for naturists as well as for regular beach goers.
The Red Beach is definitely one of the most picturesque beaches of Santorini, thanks to the volcanic pebbles and the crystal clear blue sea water.
However, it’s best to arm yourselves with patience, as the path that leads to it is quite narrow and steep, even though the reward is absolutely worth it.
Santorini is considered to be one of the most romantic places in the world, so head to Oia after a long day at the beach and enjoy a breathtaking and unforgettable sunset with your partner.
8.Guvano Beach, La Spezia, Italy
To get to Guvano Beach, the only Italian entry in our list, the intrepid nudist must walk on the side of the mountain that overlooks it and pass through a long tunnel.
Given its remote and almost inaccessible location, this beach is ideal for those who do not feel too comfortable practicing naturism in places that are too crowded.
However, don’t let us put you off, as this small pebbled gem is surely going to enchant you and will make your journey to reach it even more worthwhile.\
After a hard trek to Guvano, relax in the historical town of La Spezia, just a 40-minute bus ride away, enjoy a homemade ice cream in one of the many gelaterie on elegant Corso Cavour, and, while you’re there, treat yourself to a shopping spree in one of the numerous boutiques along the prestigious Via del Prone.
9.Buhne 16, Sylt, Germany
Let’s move to Northern Europe, where usually people tend to be slightly more uninhibited in terms of nudity.
One thing’s for sure, naturists will feel right at home at Buhne 16 on the island of Sylt in Germany, where nudism was declared legal for the first time in Europe.
While there are many beaches in Germany for people who love to spend time at the seaside naked, Buhne 16 remains a favourite in Germany, mostly thanks to its remote and secluded location, but we also want to think the wonderful retro blue and white striped chaise lounges play an important part!
During the unfortunate event of a rainy day, quite frequent to be honest, head to the Erlebniszentrum Naturgewalten, a state-of the-art ecological museum dedicated to the North Sea and enjoy the unique seal webcam.
10.Agesta Beach, Stockholm, Sweden
Let’s move even further north to Agesta Beach in Sweden.
This beach, contrarily to all the other entries on this list, is actually overlooking Lake Magelungen, but it’s still Sweden’s first official and certainly most popular nudist beach. It’s very easy to reach it from the capital’s city centre, thanks to a wide number of buses and trains that head to the lake every half an hour.
There is plenty to enjoy at Agesta Beach in order to spend a wonderful day outdoors without clothes on, from the free barbecue area, to the picnic tables for a midday snack, to the playground area, perfect for little naturist.
Lake Magelungen is also a famous fishing spot and, if you’re in the mood for some culture, home to the biggest Buddhist temple of the country, located in the quaint town of Farsta Strand.
11.Ses Illetes Beach, Formentera, Spain
Naturists will find their heaven on the beautiful Playa de Ses Illetes, located on the quiet neighbouring island of Formentera.
In addition to being a nude-friendly beach, Ses Illetes is also one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, with its typical islets looming on the horizon, its fine coral sand and its emerald green sea. It really feels like being in a tropical paradise, but without the hassle of having to wear a swimsuit!
Unsurprisingly, Formentera snorkelling is a gem for scuba diving lovers but also for those who simply want to observe the stunning underwater scenery. There are plenty of qualified diving schools around the island, but we recommend putting on a mask and heading to the Caló de Sant Agustí cove for a truly unforgettable experience.
12.Cap d’Agde, Agde, France
Not far from Montpellier and Sete, in the French region of the Languedoc-Roussillon, lies the village of Cap D’Agde.
As the name suggests, it is a small rocky cliff that emerges from the Mediterranean vegetation and the Midi vineyards, not far from the Spanish border.
Cap D’Agde is a popular tourist destination that attracts an impressive number of visitors every year. However, it is not a town like any other. It is in fact a sort of artificial village, created by hippies in the 70’s for the exclusive use of naturist tourism.
In summer many are drawn to the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, as well as to the total freedom that nudists can experience here.
Just to give you an idea, in Cap D’Agde you can stroll completely naked in the several hotels, shops, marina, post offices and banks in town. A true naturist heaven!
13.Bellevue Beach, Klampenborg, Denmark
Let’s head back up North, this time to Denmark. Bellevue Beach is a nudist beach much loved by young Danes, just 10km away from Copenhagen.
This 700-meters-long sandy stretch is renowned not only for its naturist side, but also for the quirky lifeguard observation towers and geometric-shaped kiosks, designed by world-famous Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen.
However, if the often cold Danish sea is not for you, don’t despair, Copenhagen is just around the corner.
Head to the capital to enjoy a city full of surprises and contradictions: innovation and tradition, ultra modern design and ancient buildings, quiet atmospheres and social evenings, all in the same city.
Copenhagen is a true outdoor museum, bustling with life and perfect for fashion, design and architecture aficionados.
14.Ilha de Tavira, Algarve, Portugal
On the island of Tavira, in Portugal, there is a beach that bears the entire burden of its philosophy within its name. It’s the “Praia do Homem Nu”, which literally translates as “the beach of the naked man”, one of the most appreciated in the southern region of Algarve.
The boundless beach, located on the eastern end of the island, is equipped with water sports facilities, a campsite and various bars and restaurants.
During the low season, the island is wonderfully remote and semi-deserted, but in July and August it can become quite crowded.
Make sure you don’t skip a visit to nearby Praia do Barril’s unique cemetery of the anchors, which belonged to the tuna fishing boats that were once a common sight in these waters.
There are also other great nudist beaches scattered around the area, such as Bordeira, Beliche and Praia do Trafal.
15.Pissouri Beach, Limassol, Cyprus
Naturists find their refuge in Cyprus near the city of Limassol, in Pissouri Bay.
Although not an official nudist beach, going clothes-free is completely accepted in this secluded Mediterranean paradise.
The bay has a treat for everyone’s taste, as it features fine sandy beaches, pebbly coves, and green stretches of grass all at a stone’s throw away from each other.
A couple of recommendations: be extra careful when you go swimming, as the area has no lifeguard services, and wear water shoes to protect your feet from the sharp rocks in the sapphire-blue waters.
After a long day at the beach, head to nearby Petra Tou Romiou, just 15 minutes down the road, and marvel at Greek goddess Aphrodite’s legendary birthplace.
