Who’s that? Viktor Vekselberg is an oligarch with close connections to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who was endorsed in mid 2018 for exercises including decision obstruction. The approvals forbid Vekselberg from heading out to the US.
Investigators fixed 2 DVDs in the Cohen raid
